Gosh, I've been a customer for over a decade and I can't say nice enough things about this family business. Have never felt cheated and the price and service has always been fair and great. I am giving them the ultimate 5 Stars.

Kolter is the man. This is the first year I haven't cut and split my own wood. Due to a lack of time, I just opted to purchase some and it was delivered today. I haven't burned any yet tonight, but man, what was delivered was what I think was way more than what I actually paid for. My neighbor agreed. Kolter called while I was at work with options as to where would be best to leave until I got home. He didn't have to do that. Super nice of him. I'm sure everything will burn great. And, what he charged was WAY less than other quotes I got. Thanks Kolter! Hope to purchase more from you when this is burned up!

I went through the reviews and I must just be unlucky. I'm guessing dealing with them directly might make a difference. They are definitely screwing the 3rd party buyers. I normally process my own wood but I ended up getting sick, so I bought 7 bundles so I didn't have to process anything for a couple days. The satisfied customers are apparently getting the core. Every stick had More bark than actual wood. I've never seen wood that burned up so quickly except when I burn cottonwood. This isn't the first time. I bought some from Casey's before at the beginning of the summer and it was just as bad. At $8 a bundle I expect a lot more especially when the $5 bundles at the lake are twice as big. My rant is over thanks. Edit: I guess you didn't see the pic that was basically half bark which every piece was like that. I didn't figure I needed to take more than 1 picture. You also apparently didn't see the part where I said I bought it because I was sick not because I wanted to. The weather wasn't terrible so 7 bundles were enough to last 2 nights. I wasn't complaining about the price since it was bought from a gas station i realize the mark up. The one star was for the quality of the w

Great service. Delivery truck showed up and asked if I wanted them closer to fence so we didnt have to carry as far. I recommend.

Very excellent service. Kolter does a great job at communicating, I’ve ordered from him many times. Mulch is very high quality. Highly recommend.
